We are committed to total customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with an item it may be returned within 30 days. Please email blingproud@gmail.com prior to making any return.

  • Products must be returned in new, unworn condition with jewelry box.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded unless products are defective or there is a shipping error.
  • We do not accept returns on Grillz and Earrings.
  • Exchanges and refunds will be accepted within 14 days of your receipt of the order.
  • Beyond 14 days, ONLY EXCHANGES will be accepted within 30 days of your receipt of the order.
  • Contact us for shipping address. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted. To obtain an Authorization Form, please contact customer support via email at blingproud@gmail.com
  • All custom products are non-refundable and non-cancel.
