What kind of diamond stones are they?
  • We use hand-set VVS1 D color moissanite stones or AAAAA CZ diamond stones as affordable option, they are totally clean and transparent, an excellent alternative to natural diamond as it is more scratch-resistant for everyday wear.
Is the jewelry real?
  • We use real 14k & 18k Yellow Gold or Rhodium/Palladium Plating on all of our jewelry. Our base metals include real 925 Sterling Silver, 316L Surgical Grade Stainless Steel and Brass (matrerial choose depends on jewelry type). Solid Gold is also available right now. All of our jewelry is put through rigorous testing before, during and after production to ensure the highest level of quality and durability.
Can I take a shower when wearing your jewelry?
  • Yes, you can, but it recommended to keep it dry as often, even solid gold gets tarnished when gets wet. Showering with our jewelry will not harm the metal itself. However, if you want your jewelry to keep its beautiful look, you should try to stay away from showering with these pieces on. 
Is the jewelry 100% solid gold or gold-plated?
  • We offer both 100% 14k solid gold and 14k/18k/white gold with 5 times plated.
  • Our products are made out of the highest quality materials, including 925 sterling silver, 316L stainless steel or brass and then dipped 5 times in gold plating with unique craftsmanship. It will help maintain the beautiful finish and it's hard to fade.
Is your gold plating just like any other company?
  • No, our jewelry is plated with 5 layers of real 14K/18K gold or white gold, which is the highest quality of plating method available nowadays. The gold must be at least 3 microns thick. This is much thicker than electroplating or typical gold dipped jewelry and will outlast typical gold plated items. This process allows our gold plated jewelry to last longer than any typical gold plating you may be used to. 
Will it fade and turn my skin green?
  • Our jewelry is plated 5 times of real gold. It should not fade color if you take care of it. Dry it if it gets wet.
  • Our base material is 925 sterling silver or 316 stainless steel. Be rest assure it won't tranish or turn your skin green.

Shipping & Delivery

How do I know when my order has shipped?
  • When you complete your purchase, you can view your real-time logistics information with your tracking number or mobile/order number. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order has been fulfilled. You will then be able to track your order through the track link on the email. If you haven’t received an email yet, don’t worry! Your order will usually take around 24-48 hours to be dispatched.
How long does the shipping and processing take?
  • Delivery Time= Processing Time + Shipping Time
  • Shipping within the United States is handled via USPS/FEDEX and takes on average 4-8 business days after processing (1-2 days).
  • International shipping is depended on the shipping company in different countries and takes about 4-8 business days.

Why is the tracking number not working?
  • When package been shipped there are no further updates from the shipping company due to the fact that your package is in transit. Once it has reached the next sort facility it will update.
Why was my package returned?

The package may be returned for the following reasons:

  • Wrong or incomplete address
  • Invalid phone number
  • Unable to deliver 
  • Please contact the shipping company for more information or you may contact us so that we can help you.

Orders & Payments

How do I change or modify my order?
  • If you notice a mistake with your order after receiving an order confirmation email, please send us an Email or contact with our customer service(online chart).
  • Please note that we can help you to change the size, removing an item, changing your shipping address before shipment. Once your package is shipped, we will not be able to change anything.
Why was my payment declined?
  • If you have trouble paying via credit card: Please check the details of your card information to make sure they are correct, including the expiration date, cardholder name, security code on the back of your card as well as the billing address. Please ensure that you have not reached the card limit or if the card is currently being reviewed by your bank.
  • In the case that your payment is still refused, we suggest trying a different card or payment method.
  • If the above instructions fail please contact your bank or contact us with as much detail along with the error messages. so that we may assist you.
Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
  • We are not able to cancel order which been processed or fulfilled.
  • You will be charged a 10% of the order value fee for cancellation.
  • All custom items and solid gold items are not subject to returns.

Can I apply a discount code after I place an order?
  • Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively after an order has been placed.

Returns & Warranty

Can I return a product if I'm not happy with it?
  • We are committed to total customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with an item it may be returned within 30 days.
  • Products must be returned in new, unworn condition with jewelry box.
  • We do not accept returns on Grillz and Earrings due to hygiene reasons.
  • Beyond 14 days, ONLY EXCHANGES will be accepted within 30 days of your receipt of the order.
  • There are NO returns or exchanges on Solid Gold Products and Custom/Made to order Products due to the fact that each piece is made to order. Once any of our Solid Gold Products and Custom/Made to order Products go into production, there can be NO cancellations.
  • You will be charged a 25% of the order value fee for restocking.
Can I exchange the product if it does not fit?
  • For most of our products, we offer an exchange service one time if it does not fit.
  • However, there are no exchanges on Solid Gold Products and Custom/Made to order Products due to the fact that each piece is made to order.
  • You need to return the original product first before we exchange another size.
What is your warranty policy?
  • We offer 365 days warranty service. This warranty covers all manufacturer defects in material or workmanship.
  • The used Custom/Solid Gold jewelry has any problem within 365 days of the delivered date, we offer one-time repairment(Warranty is voided on user damage issues i.e: water damage, accidental breakage, etc.), customers pay for resend and return shipping fee.
