The $350 deposit will go towards the total cost of your custom piece. This secures a few important things that we will need including our time with jewelry designers and full 3D C4D drawings. You will receive a new invoice to pay for the rest of your order once you received the C4D preview file of the pendant. As soon as the full amount is paid, we will start working on the produce of the pendant.
**Please note custom pendants take about 3-5 weeks to make.

365-day warranty policy covers all of the jewelry purchased from Bling Proud.
1. We offer 365 days warranty service. This warranty covers all manufacturer defects in material or workmanship but does not cover neglect and abuse, natural wear and tear.
2. The used Custom/Solid Gold jewelry has any problem within 365 days of the delivered date, we offer one-time repairment(Warranty is voided on user damage issues i.e: water damage, accidental breakage, etc.), customers pay for resend and return shipping fee.
Warranty exceptions and exclusions:
1. Any damage to jewelry caused by neglect, abuse or natural wear and tear. Damage, such as being hit or knocked, is easily detectable under magnification. For example, if a chain wears thin due to neglect or natural wear and tear, the warranty is considered void. Warranty is voided on user damage issues i.e: water damage, accidental breakage, etc.
2. Any jewelry that has been repaired by another jeweler. We cannot be held responsible for merchandise that has been worked on by another jeweler.

We are committed to total customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with an item it may be returned within 30 days. Please email blingproud@gmail.com prior to making any return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, effective immediately.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company, it may take some 3-5 business days before your refund is officially posted on your card statement.
